2. Data we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The service or package you’re interested in
  • Anything else you choose to tell us when we’re in touch

Health and disability information. Because our coaching is adapted to each person, you may choose to tell us about an amputation, disability, injury or health condition. This is special category data under UK GDPR. We only use it to plan safe, suitable training for you, we only collect it with your explicit consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

3. Lawful basis for processing

  • Contract: to provide coaching and training services you sign up for, or to take steps you ask for before signing up.
  • Legitimate interests: to respond to your enquiries and run our business.
  • Consent: for marketing communications and analytics cookies.
  • Explicit consent: for any health or disability information you share with us.

4. How we use and store your data

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange sessions, deliver your coaching and keep in touch about your training. We never sell your data.

General enquiries are kept for 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Records for active clients are kept while you’re training with us and for [CLIENT RECORD RETENTION PERIOD] afterwards. Data is stored securely and only accessed by people who need it to provide our services.

5. Third-party processors

We use trusted providers to run this website and manage enquiries. They only process your data on our instructions.

  • Website hosting: Cloudflare
  • CRM and form handling: GoHighLevel
  • Website analytics: Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept analytics cookies

This website links to our Instagram profile. If you follow that link, Instagram (Meta) handles your data under its own privacy policy.

6. Marketing communications

We’ll only send you marketing messages, such as news, offers or new classes, if you’ve agreed to receive them. Every marketing email or message includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can contact us at any time to opt out. Replies to your enquiries and messages about your training are not marketing.

7. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure: ask us to delete your data
  • Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data
  • Objection: object to us processing your data, including for marketing
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
