No body left
on the sidelines.
Adaptive Strength UK exists to get more amputees and disabled people strong, fit, active and confident in the gym.
Too many people are told what they can’t do.
After an amputation or a life-changing injury, the gym can feel like a place that isn’t built for you. The equipment, the programmes, even the advice often assume two arms, two legs and no limitations. So people stop before they start.
I’m here to change that, one adaptation, one session and one person at a time.
Feel at home in the gym
Walk in knowing what you’re doing, how to adapt it, and that you belong there as much as anyone.
Train on your own terms
Learn adaptations you can take anywhere, so you’re not reliant on someone else to get a workout done.
Build a stronger body
Real progressive training, with the same principles elite athletes use, adapted to you.
Grow adaptive fitness
Through classes and personal training, build a community where disabled people can train, progress and inspire each other.
